Training & Support

A diagnostic platform only pays for itself once the technicians use it properly. These are the paid services around the tool: remote setup and region configuration, on-site commissioning for alignment and ADAS equipment, and operator training.

Remote sessions run over a screen-share and are usually enough for a first installation. On-site commissioning is quoted per location and includes levelling or calibration of the equipment and a walk-through with your technicians.
