We are an authorized Launch dealer. Here is the paperwork, and here is what it means for your order.
What our authorization covers
We are a listed Launch dealer and source every device through official channels — no grey-market stock, no refurbished units sold as new, no devices bought from clearance resellers. Our authorization covers the supply of Launch diagnostic hardware, software subscriptions, renewal cards, function authorizations and spare parts to customers worldwide.
The documents
On request (and included automatically with wholesale and dealer accounts) we provide:
- The Launch dealer certificate naming our company — the certificate image is displayed below
- Our entry in Launch's official dealer listing
- Commercial invoice referencing the device serial numbers shipped
- The region-activation confirmation issued for your device before dispatch
Our authorization certificate
The certificate above is issued by Shenzhen Launch Technologies Co., Ltd. (深圳市元征科技股份有限公司) and names our company as an authorized LAUNCH dealer:
- Authorized entity: Shanghai Shangmeng Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (上海上盟汽车科技发展有限公司) — English name: SHANGHAI COALITION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
- Scope: LAUNCH-brand automotive service equipment products — authorized dealer
- Region: Mainland China, with export orders handled through Launch's official channel (see below)
- Validity: 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (re-issued annually; previous originals archived and available on request)
What this means for your export order: every device sold on this site is sourced through official Launch channels. Before dispatch, your device's serial number is registered to your country of use and the region-activation confirmation is issued through the official channel — you receive it together with the tracking details. This is the step that prevents a region-locked tool from arriving unable to work in your market.

We are an independent authorized dealer: this website is operated by us, not by Launch Tech, and we do not present ourselves as the manufacturer's official site. Where a manufacturer's authorization is required for a specific function (gateway access, for example), we supply it as a separate, clearly priced item rather than implying it is included.
