What we collect
When you send an enquiry or place an order we collect the details needed to answer or fulfil it: name, company, email, telephone, delivery address, the country where the tool will be activated, and the content of your message. For support requests we additionally hold the tool model and serial number.
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To process the order, arrange shipment and complete customs documentation
- To perform region activation with the manufacturer, which requires your serial number and destination country
- To provide warranty and technical support after the sale
Who sees it
Carriers and customs agents receive the data necessary to deliver the consignment. The manufacturer receives serial numbers and destination regions for activation purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to unrelated third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order, activation and warranty records are kept for as long as the warranty and any statutory retention period require, because they are the evidence base for a claim. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete data we are not required to retain. Write to the contact address in the footer and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for basic function and, where enabled, analytics. Analytics cookies are used in aggregate to understand which pages help buyers and are not used to build personal profiles.
