Payment Methods
Accepted methods
| Bank transfer (T/T) | Standard for all orders, and the only method for wholesale and tender quantities. Bank details are on the invoice; funds are confirmed before dispatch. |

| Card payment | Available for retail orders through the checkout on this site where enabled for your region. |
| PayPal | Accepted for smaller orders and for first orders from new customers who prefer buyer protection. |
| Letter of credit | Available for institutional and tender purchases above the threshold agreed in the quotation. |
Currency and taxes
Retail prices are shown in US dollars. Invoicing in EUR or GBP is possible on request. Prices exclude destination taxes unless a DDP rate has been quoted to you in writing — on our DDP lanes import VAT is included in the price you pay and shown as a separate line on the invoice.
Security
We never request payment to a personal account and we never change bank details by email without a verification call. If you receive a message claiming to be from us with new bank details, call the number in the site header before paying.
