Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to sales of diagnostic equipment, software licences, subscriptions and accessories through this website. Orders for wholesale or tender quantities are governed by the individual quotation, which takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and, where payment is by transfer, when funds are received. We may decline an order where the tool cannot legally or technically be activated in the destination country, or where we cannot verify the end use.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude destination duties and taxes unless a DDP rate is quoted in writing for your consignment. Where the buyer is responsible for import clearance, the buyer bears the duties and any clearance charges.
4. Delivery
Lead times are estimates of business days to dispatch. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Where DDP is agreed, we remain responsible for clearance against the quoted rate; surcharges arising from incorrect consignee information are recharged.
5. Region activation and manufacturer terms
Devices are registered to the destination region agreed with the buyer before dispatch. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the model and regional software version are suitable for the vehicles in their market. Manufacturer terms, including warranty policy and software subscription structure, are set by Launch Tech Co., Ltd. and are outside our control; we pass on and administer them as dealer.
6. Warranty and liability
Warranty is as stated on the relevant product page and in our warranty terms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for lost workshop revenue, consequential loss or loss of data.
7. Intellectual property
LAUNCH, X431 and related marks belong to Launch Tech Co., Ltd. We are an independent authorized dealer and describe ourselves as such. Product images and manufacturer documentation remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe products we are authorized to sell.
8. Governing law
Contract terms, delivery arrangements and dispute resolution follow the governing law stated in the accepted quotation or, absent one, the law of the seller's registered place of business. Consumers retain their statutory rights in their own jurisdiction.
