How we ship

Diagnostic tools are high-value and low-volume, so they travel by air express: DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent depending on destination and current capacity. Lead times quoted on product pages are business days from order confirmation to dispatch; the transit time afterwards is typically 5–10 days to Europe and North America, 4–8 days to the Middle East, and varies elsewhere.

Lithium batteries

Tablet tools contain lithium-ion batteries. Where the capacity is at or below 100 Wh — as on the X431 tablet platforms, typically around 71 Wh — the battery falls under Section II of the air transport rules: no formal dangerous-goods declaration and no UN-certified packaging required, but the shipment must carry UN38.3 test documentation, a safety data sheet and the correct lithium battery marks. We handle this paperwork and ship with carriers who accept Section II batteries. Note that from 2026 lithium-ion cells and batteries must be shipped at a state of charge of 30% or below, which is why tools sometimes arrive partly discharged — this is normal and required, not a fault.

What we do not ship by air

Bulky, heavy items — lifts and large fixed equipment — cannot economically travel by air. Where that applies, the product page says so and we quote sea or rail freight instead.

Delivered duty paid (DDP) options

On selected destinations we can quote DDP, so duties and destination charges are included in the price you approve. Where we do not quote DDP, the standard terms are EXW or FOB and the consignee clears the shipment; we provide the invoice, packing list and battery documentation your broker will ask for. Tell us which terms your finance team prefers before the order is confirmed — changing terms after dispatch is not possible.

On arrival

Check the outer packaging before signing, photograph any damage, and power the tool on before the courier leaves if you can. Then complete the region activation check: your activation confirmation should match the country where you will use the tool. If anything is wrong, contact us within 48 hours with the serial number and photos.
