About Us
What we do
We supply Launch diagnostic equipment to workshops, dealers, fleets and institutional buyers, and we look after the part of the transaction most sellers ignore: the region activation, the software path, and the paperwork. Our customers are people who make a living with the tool, so a device that arrives unusable is worse than a device that arrives late.
What that looks like in practice
| Sourced officially | Every unit comes through official channels. We do not sell grey-market stock, and we do not sell devices whose region registration we cannot verify. |
|---|---|
| Activated before dispatch | Serial numbers are registered to the buyer's country before shipping, with the confirmation supplied in writing. |
| Supported after the sale | Renewal cards, subscriptions and function authorizations stay purchasable from us, so the tool keeps working as vehicle coverage moves on. |
| Honest recommendations | When a cheaper model does the job, we say so. When a job needs a dealer tool rather than ours, we say that too. |
Our trade background
We come from automotive equipment distribution — inspection, training and garage equipment — and we run our own logistics and customs process rather than reselling from someone else's warehouse. That is why we can offer DDP terms on selected routes and why we can tell you, before you order, whether a particular shipment will clear smoothly in your country.
Where we are going
Beyond tools, we are building out the two things that keep diagnostic equipment useful: technical content that explains which model does what, and support that answers a question on the same day it is asked. If you buy a tool from us and cannot get it working, that is our problem to solve, not yours.
