TPMS-Werkzeuge & Sensoren

Aktivierung, Relearn und Programmierung sowie RF-Sensoren — CRT5011E, TSGUN, LTR-03

Tyre work is a consumable business, and TPMS is the part of it that repeats. The Launch range covers the whole cycle: a workshop tool to read, activate and program sensors and to perform OBD relearn procedures (CRT5011E and the i-TPMS TSGUN handheld), and the sensors themselves — universal RF sensors in 315 MHz and 433 MHz versions (LTR-03 and LTR-05S) that can be cloned or programmed to the vehicle.

For a tyre shop the economics are straightforward: a TPMS tool pays for itself in a few months of sensor replacements and relearn services, and carrying universal sensors means you stop turning away cars because of a missing frequency or housing. Note that sensors are consumables — the steady money is in stocking them and doing the relearn, not in the tool itself.

Two compatibility points worth checking before you buy: the sensor frequency must match your market (433 MHz dominates Europe, 315 MHz North America — many shops keep both), and sensor-to-tool programming support varies by vehicle. We can supply matched kits with sensors included so you are not stuck on the first job. For tyre chains and distributors we quote consumable sensors at volume pricing — see our wholesale page.

Häufige Fragen

Which frequency do I need, 315 MHz or 433 MHz?

433 MHz is the common frequency in Europe, 315 MHz in North America, with some markets and vehicle brands using both. Most workshops that serve mixed vehicles keep both frequencies in stock rather than turning work away.

Do your sensors need programming, and can they be cloned from the old sensor?

Universal RF sensors are programmed or cloned to the vehicle using a compatible TPMS tool. Cloning lets you keep the vehicle's original sensor IDs, which avoids taking the car through a relearn procedure — tell us your tool model and we will confirm which programming modes are supported.
